CPR Computer Recycling is seeking a dedicated Operations Support Administrator to join CPR Computer Recycling's team at CPR Computers, a not-for-profit organization specializing in IT refurbishing and recycling. This role is integral to the planning and scheduling of customer visits and managing incoming inquiries.

Job Description

  • Planning and Support: Schedule and manage the workloads of CPR Computer Recycling's drivers to ensure efficient and economically viable routes.
  • Managing Customer Enquiries: Handle all incoming inquiries via email, telephone, or walk-in customers.
  • Goods Out Management: Prepare and manage dispatch of sold items, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time.
  • Team Management: Liaise daily with Role Supervisors to meet business requirements and ensure task completion.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and make smart decisions under pressure. A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role is required, along with exceptional people skills and a proactive attitude.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. There are no weekend shifts.

Experience
