Golding Homes is excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint an OPAL Advisor. You will be part of Golding Homes's OPAL team in Golding Homes's Customer Experience directorate and play a key role in shaping Golding Homes's future.

What you'll be doing

As an OPAL Advisor, you'll provide an enhanced housing management service that is customer-focused and meets a high standard of service delivery. You will co-ordinate and facilitate services which enable vulnerable customers to develop or maintain their capacity to sustain their tenancy and live independently.

Golding Homes's customers are located across the wider Maidstone area, predominantly looking to support customers within Maidstone and the surrounding areas.

More about you. What can you bring?

You will have experience working with vulnerable people enabling tenancy sustainment and independent living. You will be able to demonstrate your previous experience of dealing with anti-social behaviour, ideally in housing, to assist in dealing with difficult situations and resolving conflict in a professional manner.

You will have extensive knowledge of housing management, legislation, the diverse needs of customers, and exceptional customer service skills. A qualification in Housing Care/Management is desirable.

When and where you'll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £31,900.
