Tarmac Trading Limited is currently looking for a P2P Administrator to join Tarmac Trading Limited's team in Solihull on a 6 month temporary contract. Tarmac Trading Limited’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment, and it’s important that Tarmac Trading Limited's people come from a variety of different backgrounds.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain the invoice processing mailbox, resolving queries as required
- Monitor non-matched invoices – reconcile and match to correct PO/GRN as required
- Become an active member of the team, supporting the auto-match process
- Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner in line with individual supplier terms
- Return all non-compliant invoices to supplier – requesting PO numbers where required
- Support internal stakeholders (operations, finance, etc.) with invoice queries and support proactive resolution to web cycles (supplier queries)
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy within the invoice processing
- Build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with appropriate policies and procedures communicated to customers and stakeholders
- Identify areas for potential improvements for key processes
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience working as a P2P Administrator or similar in a fast-paced Shared Services environment and possess good practical knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes. Availability for immediate start or a short notice period is preferred.
Specific Requirements:
- Experience using SAP and Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on process improvement
- Knowledge of invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliations
- Experience in a procure-to-pay role using SAP
- Track record of meeting tight timelines and delivering high accuracy outputs
- Good knowledge of SAP and Excel, including v-lookups
- Fast and flexible, able to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with strong communication skills
