Parts Advisor

Overview

As a Parts Advisor at Chiswick Honda, you will play a vital role in Chiswick Honda's Parts Team, which is essential to the overall operation of the dealership. Your main responsibilities will include liaising with external customers, workshop technicians, and various sales teams to ensure that customer lead times are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute parts orders from customers and other departments.
• Respond to internal and external parts inquiries.
• Deliver parts daily to the workshop.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes, and all relevant documentation.
• Handle, protect, and package parts while checking, inspecting, and testing incoming, outgoing, and stock parts.

What Chiswick Honda Need From You

• Previous parts experience within the automotive sector is essential.
• Knowledge of Honda or MG brands would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.
• Computer literate, including proficiency in MS Office packages.
• High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
• A UK driving license would be preferred but is not essential.
