Primary Care Co-ordinator

Overview

St Bartholomew's Medical Centre is a well-established practice located in Manzil Way, Cowley, with two additional sites. St Bartholomew’s Medical Centre is expanding and are looking for new or experienced Primary Care Co-Ordinators to join St Bartholomew’s Medical Centre's friendly team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a patient/customer-facing role and basic computer skills, although training will be provided.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling telephone calls and directing patients as necessary.
• Greeting and checking in patients at the front desk.
• Managing repeat prescription requests.
• Addressing patient inquiries in person and via phone.
• Providing clerical support to clinicians and management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Working Pattern
