Your Role

• Ensuring that all aspects of the Pastry section are managed in an effective, efficient, and productive manner.
• Overseeing and adhering to all aspects of food safety and health and safety.
• Supporting the senior pastry chef in the execution of desserts.
• Being a team player and willing to grow and develop.
