5 Hertford Street is currently looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the brigade at 5 Hertford Street's state-of-the-art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member’s club advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential; preferable Michelin-star restaurant background
Responsibilities:
- To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements
- To supervise, assist and coordinate all preparation and presentation
- To assist in overseeing the smooth running of the day-to-day operations in the pastry kitchen
Working Hours:
- Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week
