North Lincolnshire Council is seeking an experienced HR professional with excellent knowledge and understanding of HR issues to join North Lincolnshire Council's People Consultancy Service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to managers with casework including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Managing absence and capability issues effectively.
• Offering strategic and operational HR advice.

Requirements:

• CIPD qualified or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong investigatory and analytical skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment law.
