North Lincolnshire Council is seeking an experienced HR professional with excellent knowledge and understanding of HR issues to join North Lincolnshire Council's People Consultancy Service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to managers with casework including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Managing absence and capability issues effectively.
- Offering strategic and operational HR advice.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent knowledge.
- Strong investigatory and analytical skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law.
