The position of Physical Development Assistant Coach aims to provide comprehensive physical development support to FFCW 1st Team and U18 players, ensuring each individual progresses towards their physical development targets based on key metrics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the 1st Team Physical Development Lead Coach in delivering the physical development programme.
- Utilize best practices to enhance player performance across FFCW.
- Maintain continuity between U18 and 1st Team physical development programmes.
- Develop Individual Development Plans for each player.
- Oversee access to necessary supplements for physical performance.
- Lead functional football programmes for injured players returning to fitness.
- Engage in continued professional development.
- Uphold the highest levels of safeguarding.
- Facilitate physical development workshops with players.
- Attend staff and player meetings as directed.
SAFEGUARDING
Fulham Football Club acknowledges the importance of safeguarding children and vulnerable individuals. Staff in relevant roles must:
