Overview

EQUANS is recruiting for a Painter to be based in Worcestershire Royal Hospital. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week.

Shift Timing: 08:00 to 16:00

Please note this role includes CTC clearance; therefore, the ability to pass is essential.

What will you deliver?

The role involves proactive execution of lifecycle decoration and general building tasks, including tiling, making good, and fixing rails to walls. All activities must adhere to relevant standards, operational procedures, legislation, and guidance.

Who are Equans looking for?

  • Valid Driving License
  • Recognised industry painting/decorating qualification (Essential)
  • GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent (Essential)
  • Previous experience in a Healthcare maintenance environment (Desirable)
  • Friendly, diligent, excellent time management
  • Strong practical skills in civil & building maintenance
  • Experience with a variety of building and maintenance tools and machinery
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety procedures (Desirable)
