Prison Job Adviser

Overview

Career Connect is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Prison Job Adviser to help Career Connect deliver the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West. This role involves working with offenders in custody and through the gate to assist them in achieving their resettlement goals.

You will work closely with individuals on remand or serving custodial and community-based sentences, engaging them in learning, training, and employment opportunities through both one-to-one and group work. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.

You’ll need to be:

• confident and proactive
• a good communicator with a non-judgemental approach
• effective at collaborating with partner organisations for optimal results
• comfortable with databases and have a strong attention to detail
