Production Machine Operators Night Shift Immediate Start No Experience

Overview

SolviT Recruitment is looking for several experienced production machine operators who can commit to a full-time, temp to perm role at a busy aerospace company in the Rugby area. This is a 4 on / 4 off shift working 12 hours (this shift pattern will include some weekends).

In this busy role, you will operate high-speed machinery used to produce metallic items. Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading materials
• Quality checking finished products
• Following a detailed process to meet tight tolerances
• Interpreting drawings and diagrams
• Using precision instruments such as mics, verniers, and shadow graphs

To be considered, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

• Solid CV showing commitment to an employer
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
• At least 2 years' experience in a machine operating role (ideally in automotive or aerospace)
• Fully numerate and literate
• Great eye for detail
• Positive attitude and team player

This role offers you:

• £17.43 - £19.36 per hour depending on your level of CNC machining experience
• Initially weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment before transitioning to a permanent role
