Production Machine Operators (Day Shift)

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (6am - 6pm)

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is looking for several experienced production machine operators who can commit to a full time, temp to perm role at a busy aerospace company in the Rugby area. This position requires operating high-speed machinery used to produce metallic items.

Responsibilities:

• Loading, unloading, and quality checking materials
• Following detailed processes and working to tight tolerances
• Using precision instruments such as mics, verniers, and shadow graphs

Requirements:

• Solid CV showing commitment to an employer
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
• At least 2 years' experience in a machine operating role, ideally in automotive or aerospace
• Fully numerate and literate with a great eye for detail
• Positive attitude and team player who seeks to progress

Salary and Benefits:

• £16.05 - £17.43 p/hour based on CNC machining experience
• Weekly pay during initial phase, moving to permanent employment
