As the Programme and Project Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects and project plans are maintained, and provide required reports and updates that help ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will have a proven track record in project planning, with the ability to develop comprehensive plans and track progress against milestones.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Understand the project requirements and objectives, as well as the company’s processes, procedures, and policies.
- Develop a detailed project plan in Microsoft Project to track progress and ensure timely completion of the project.
- Identify and procure the resources needed for the project, including materials, equipment, and labour.
- Create a schedule of activities and milestones, and monitor the project’s progress to ensure that it is on track.
- Adjust the project plan as needed to account for changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
- Coordinate with other departments and personnel to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly.
- Keep the project sponsor informed of the project’s status and address any concerns that may arise.
What You’ll Bring

- Optional Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in project planning and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience and appreciation of managing budgets.
- Master’s degree in project management or related field.
- PMP certification.
- 10+ years experience in project planning and management.
- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning software.
