Property Restoration Supervisor

Overview

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited's superb client in the Property Damage Restoration sector is seeking a number of Property Restoration Supervisors to join them on a full time permanent basis owing to business growth.

Job Summary

Working as part of a specialist team, as a Supervisor, your role will involve:

• Management of a team of technicians and agency staff responsible for restoring commercial properties after flooding or fires.
• Stripping properties of damaged fixtures and fittings and overseeing cleaning and drying processes.
• Ensuring team compliance with regulations and providing support to Project Managers.
• Assisting teams with technical difficulties and effective control of subcontract budgets.
• Coordinating suppliers and deliveries to sites, ensuring staff productivity, and conducting regular report writing.
• Managing team performance, keeping accurate records, and conducting appraisals.
• Working towards KPIs and conducting quality and Health & Safety audits.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must have:

• Previous experience in a similar damage restoration position.
• Experience in construction site supervision.
• Ideally hold a PASMA and IPAF certificate.
• Good level of electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills along with empathy and customer service skills.
• Ability to work away from home regularly, especially during busy periods.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for the Property Restoration Supervisor role is:

• £30,000 per year.
• Overtime for hours worked beyond 40 per week.
