Overview

EQUANS is recruiting for a Part Time Afternoon Cleaner to be based in Yarnfield Junior & Infant School, B11 3PJ. This is a permanent role working 12.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday 15:30 until 18:00.

Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, you will oversee all aspects of running early morning/evening main cleaning of the premises. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that your working areas are always within the standards of cleanliness expected by the customers.
  • Maintaining a good attendance and timekeeping record at all times.

For this role, you must undergo a DBS clearance; therefore, the ability to pass is essential.

Who are Equans looking for?

  • Experience within the cleaning/hospitality industry with proven knowledge of housekeeping best practices.
  • Good timekeeping and attendance record.
  • An outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proven experience of delivering a high-quality service with an eye for detail, and the ability to communicate those expectations to the rest of the team to achieve the same high standards.
  • BICS qualified or similar is desirable.
