Parts / Trade Counter Assistant

Overview

Do you have trade counter / parts experience? Are you looking to join a successful company that advocates for future training and development? Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited's superb client based in Wymondham is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Assistant to join them on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Taking parts orders and making internal and external sales calls to support company parts campaigns.
• Answering incoming calls & dealing with queries.
• Allocating stock on arrival.
• Checking delivery notes and parts to be booked in on the stock system.
• Taking orders from service engineers.
• Processing job cards.
• Managing parts returns.
• Picking parts for service visits.
• Operating a forklift.

Skills Required

• Previous parts / trade experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• A cheerful, professional outlook.
• Excellent time management skills.
