Part-Time Customer Care Assistant

Overview

Are you friendly and outgoing with a passion for customer care? Ransoms Garden Centre is looking for Customer Care Assistants to join Ransoms Garden Centre's team at Ransoms Garden Centre for the busy Christmas season. Your role will involve greeting customers and assisting them in finding what they need.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them in locating products.
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Cover shifts as outlined below:
1. Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 5 PM starting 28th October.
2. Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM starting 26th October.
3. Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM starting 17th November.
• Work until Christmas Eve.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly pay for this position is £12.34, inclusive of holiday pay. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a lively environment during the festive season.

Core Skills Required

• Ability to speak and understand English.
