2 Sisters Food Group Limited currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Auditor to join 2 Sisters Food Group Limited's team in Thetford.

• This post is working DAYS
• The hours of work and shift patterns are: 06.00 - 18.00 on a 4on 4off shift rotation
• The rate of pay is: £13.80 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

• Effectively uphold the food safety, legal, and quality standards.
• Complete routine and non-routine assessments to ensure compliance with all codes of practice.
• Coach, train, advise, and support factory operations teams on matters of non-conformance.
• Act as the site Subject Matter Expert on all key technical disciplines.

Ideal Candidate:

• Solid level of Computer Literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Quality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Food Safety Level 3.
• HACCP Level 3.
• Allergen Management.
• Root Cause Analysis.
• Dealing with conflict.
• Assertiveness.
• Time Management.
