Redhill Advanced Centre Coach

Overview

Fulham Football Club is seeking a Redhill Advanced Centre Coach to develop talented U6-U8 players in the Redhill area. This position involves leading Futsal coaching sessions and supporting the Head Coach in delivering high-quality training.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coaching:

• Lead Futsal coaching sessions weekly at the Redhill Centre
• Support the Head Coach in delivering training sessions
• Plan, deliver, and review sessions in line with academy philosophies
• Support weekend games for designated age groups
• Use the club's incident reporting system as needed

Player Management:

• Build relationships with players and parents to support retention
• Manage the week-to-week operations of the Advanced Centre
• Implement Academy values in all sessions and games
• Ensure a positive experience for all players at Fulham

Safeguarding:
