University of Cambridge is seeking an eager Research Assistant to join Professor Ravi Gupta's group, based within the Cambridge Institute for Therapeutic Immunology and Infectious Disease (CITIID) housed on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. The group studies respiratory virus pathogen host interactions for translational benefit.
Responsibilities
The project will involve:
- Cellular tropism experiments
- Cell-cell fusion experiments
- Working with cell lines and primary human model systems
Requirements
University of Cambridge is looking for a scientist with a background in cell biology and/or molecular biology to join University of Cambridge's group. Candidates should thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively to deliver the experimental aspects of the project.
Salary and Benefits
Funds are available for the position for 12 months.
