Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately make or amend reservations for rooms, restaurants, and SPA bookings.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to foster relationships with clients.
• Maximise booking conversions through effective techniques.
• Be familiar with all hotel offerings to promote benefits effectively.
