5 Hertford Street is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join 5 Hertford Street's team.

Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:

• To drive service and ensure all staff are exceeding customer expectations.
• To maintain awareness of all customer/members needs and ensure that these are met wherever possible.
• To ensure all mise-en-place has been completed to the agreed standard.
• To deal effectively and courteously with all complaints.
• To recruit and train all front of house personnel.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member’s club advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar role essential.

Working Hours:

Shifts are between Monday – Saturday on a rota basis. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays, and throughout Christmas each year.
