Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the reception team by being present on the front desk, leading by example and supporting team members.
• Assess problems or guest complaints and take prompt, corrective action to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in and help develop training programs for staff, maintaining high morale and minimizing turnover.
• Assist in preparing work schedules for effective staffing, ensuring efficient operation of the Front Desk.
• Ensure standardised credit approval, deposit policy, letters and group handling.
