Replenishment Manager

As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for B&M's customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to the highest standards.
• Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently.
• Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity.
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer service.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance.

This role offers fantastic development opportunities, with a clear progression pathway up to Deputy Store Manager and beyond!

About You:

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service! It is essential that applicants have the following:

• Experience of managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to think on your feet.
• A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
• A strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPIs.
