Role purpose
As a pivotal member of the Brand Communications team, the role as Retail Marketing Manager is to manage, control and direct the implementation of Rolls-Royce Dealer Marketing programmes worldwide to our valued dealer partners. This includes a critical & exciting focus on new car launches – including the creation of dealer communication assets, alongside guidance & education within the RRMC dealer network. The role will also include the maintenance and updates of Dealer Marketing systems and interfaces, amongst other key business priorities. This role is the key marketing link between the regional teams, our dealer partners and the Central Organisation.
Key Accountabilities
- Devise and develop dealer marketing strategies, programmes and implementation of dealer marketing materials which support the brand and product objectives – with a particular focus on new car model launches and the RRMC Provenance programme.
- Define, oversee, and develop the Online Marketing Toolkit to ensure materials are available to enable dealers to personalise their marketing materials.
- Client Journey Roadmap development management for relevant dealer marketing campaigns/nurture journeys.
- Further create, develop, and examine the analytics and reporting function of Dealer Marketing.
- Define, develop and maintain the systems to provide a current informative ‘first point of contact’ information source for the dealer network.
- Develop positive working relationships with key partners (agencies, and suppliers) and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and achievement of objectives.
- Supporting, advising, and interacting daily with our global and regional partners with any subsequent central requests they may have and fielding these queries to respective colleagues in the Brand Communications team and beyond.
- Degree education with a marketing /business degree (preferable but not essential).
- Significant marketing communications experience in the automotive and/or Luxury sector.
- An understanding of the full marketing mix is essential along with budget and agency management. International or global experience is a plus.
- Senior management level interaction.
