Resource Officer - Reviewing Officer

East Sussex County Council's Learning Disability Service has an opportunity for a Resource Officer to work as a Reviewing Officer on East Sussex County Council's Reviewing Team for a 6-month fixed term post. This role will allow you to work with adults with learning disabilities and their families, making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting clients to build on their strengths and live independently.
• Collaborating with health colleagues and key partner agencies.
• Meeting travel requirements to cover the countywide area, including rural locations.
