Overview

Western Road Surgery has an opportunity for a receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. The role will be a regular 18 hours and 45 mins, working:

  • Wednesday  8am – 6.30pm
  • Friday 7.45am – 6pm

And an additional 4 hours as contracted overtime to cover holidays on Tuesdays when required (usually about half of the year).

The main responsibilities of the role include:
  • dealing with the general public.
  • booking appointments.
  • filing/scanning documentation.
  • chaperoning.
  • ensuring queries that are received via task, email and face-to-face are managed in line with procedures.
  • general administration.
Please see attached for further information.
