Responsive Repair Inspector

Overview

This is a full-time open-ended position. You will be responsible to the Responsive Repairs Supervisor for the pre and post inspection of responsive repair job tickets. Your duties include:

• Pre-inspecting and diagnosing remedial works.
• Carrying out quality and quantity checks of completed works by in-house and external contractors.
• Liaising with customers to offer effective and efficient service.

Responsibilities:

• Education with relevant craft or construction qualifications.
• Site experience providing a broad understanding of building construction.
• Demonstrating self-management skills and excellent communication.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
