Often the first point of contact for customers visiting Oak Furnitureland's network of showrooms, they are inspired and empowered to support Oak Furnitureland's customers in growing their homes by assisting them in choosing the perfect pieces of furniture and accessories from Oak Furnitureland's broad range of products.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a consultative sales approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop real relationships built on trust and respect using friendly but professional communication.
• Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Exceed expected results and performance targets.
• Participate in in-showroom mentorship and extensive learning opportunities.
