East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) aims to be the most loved charity shop in the community, with a growing number of 49 shops and a strong online presence. The income generated from these sources is vital in raising funds for children and families during challenging times.

Job Overview

For aspiring Shop Managers and Area Managers, EACH provides a structured, competency-based development tool to help individuals gain confidence and skills in their roles, complemented by online, internal, and external training.

Shift Pattern

Shift Pattern: 2 days over 6 working days

Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis.

Pay and Contract

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent

Role Responsibilities

The role involves:

• Working with the shop manager to maximize sales of donated and new stock.
• Supporting the shop volunteer team by providing guidance and direction.
• Maintaining a high standard of display, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the shop.
• In the absence of the manager, ensuring all financial processes are followed and the shop is properly managed.
