About You

Ivy Lane Clothing is looking for a Store Manager for Ivy Lane Clothing's Ivy Lane Store in Lisburn. The ideal candidate should have a retail background, preferably in fashion, and must possess strong communication skills. Leading and coaching a high-performing team is essential, along with ensuring stock levels and pricing are accurate.

About the Role

To be a successful Store Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Generate innovative ideas for store improvement
• Identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain store security and procedures
• Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and late nights

You will receive support from the Area Manager on all aspects of store management.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (required)
• Management: 1 year (required)
