Replenishment Supervisor

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join B&M's team in Westlode, Spalding! This is a permanent, part time role, contracted 30 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.B&M is one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers and, with B&M's ongoing expansion plans, there’s never been a better time to join B&M! B&M offer amazing on the job training, internal development, and career succession – 80% of B&M's Managers are home grown. As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for B&M's customers.  You will also: Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge. Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean,& organised Ensure that all staff are complaint with B&M's Health & Safety policies Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements Be passionate about delivering great customer service!
