Overview

With your love of working with people and enthusiasm to provide a great service, you’ll welcome and talk to National Trust's visitors to the shop/outlet answering any questions they have.

Salary: £9,867 a year (£11.50 an hour)

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 16.5 hours a week, over 3 days Monday, Wednesday and Saturday

For this role, you’ll need to complete National Trust's online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help National Trust understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

What you'll be doing: As a Retail Team Member, you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays, and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organized. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
