Receptionist - Vet Practice

You will be working in a very busy small animal veterinary practice based near Redruth, Cornwall. You will assist in the smooth running of a Charity Vets site reception. You will be responsible to The Head Nurse and Head Receptionist. There will be a small amount of admin duties involved probably a few hours per week for which training will be given.
You will welcome and book in clients on arrival and prepare any forms as required by the system. There is a fully operational computer system used within the practice for which you will be given adequate training from commencement of employment. You will need to have a good telephone manner and be a clear communicator and liaise with your professional colleagues in order to provide answers to client questions.
Previous experience working within a small animal practice would be very beneficial. Covid-19 rules and regulations are strictly adhered to within the site.
