Residential Youth Support Worker - Eastbourne

Overview

Do you want to make a difference to the most vulnerable children in care and help them flourish and achieve their potential? As a Residential Youth Support Worker, you will work with children who have complex needs in East Sussex County Council's Children’s disability homes located in Eastbourne and Bexhill.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and wellbeing of children.
• Lead on specialist areas such as healthy eating.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Interest in child development.
• Strong communication skills.
