Slough Advanced Centre Head Coach

Overview

Fulham Football Club is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Head Coach at the Slough Advanced Centre. This role focuses on delivering high-quality coaching to talented U6-U8 players in the Slough area. The successful candidate will design and implement a tailored syllabus, coordinating both midweek and weekend fixtures to provide players with ample game experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead weekly coaching sessions at the Slough Centre.
• Support fellow coaches in delivering high-quality training.
• Plan, deliver, and review all sessions in line with academy philosophies.
• Manage the weekend games program for designated age groups.
• Utilize the club's incident reporting system as needed.
• Handle sign-in/out processes and communications for players.

Player Management:

• Build relationships with players and parents to enhance retention.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Slough Advanced Centre.
• Ensure the academy's values are reflected in all activities.
• Foster a positive experience for all players at Fulham.
• Participate in team meetings for player development.
• Provide regular feedback to players and parents.

Talent Identification:

• Assist in identifying and recruiting players for the Advanced Centre.
• Evaluate players within the programme to assess their development.
