• Competitive annual salary of £12.50/hour, increasing to £13.10 after probation

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage in conversation with every customer
• Ensure product knowledge and understanding of the brand to portray company culture and deliver expert advice
• Provide helpful and informed service with confidence and clarity
• Process cash and card transactions

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Demonstrable passion for the brand
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• A great team player promoting a positive work environment
• Flexibility and availability to work during Monday to Sunday opening hours

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shift
