About the role

As a Showroom Advisor, you will be pivotal in helping customers realize their kitchen and bathroom dreams. Your role focuses on customer engagement and sales, utilizing your skills to recommend the right products, finance options, and installation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Utilize software tools to create inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects while providing excellent service both virtually and face-to-face.
• Support customers throughout their journey from initial ideas to project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use technology effectively.
• Experience in sales and confident in converting designs into sales.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
