As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and supporting the overall operations of Beauty Outlet Ltd's retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist in inventory management tasks such as restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong phone etiquette and effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.
• Ability to engage with customers confidently and sell products effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
• A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn new skills.
