The role

Reporting to the Events and Community Fundraising Manager, you will provide exceptional fundraising and event administration support. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Being the primary contact point for Brain Research UK's supporters and fundraisers, providing excellent customer care.
• Answering enquiries from the public and supporters via telephone, email, and mail.
• Processing and recording all fundraising income accurately on the Donorfy database.
• Building strong relationships with challenge event participants and community fundraisers.
• Assisting with key fundraising activities such as the London Marathon.
• Monitoring and responding to general email enquiries promptly.
• Managing Brain Research UK's social media interactions and content.
• Ensuring stock control at Brain Research UK's office and fulfillment house.
• Liaising with Brain Research UK's fulfillment house and finance as needed.

Person specification

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Exceptional supporter care and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and ability to manage workload efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Proficiency in IT, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.

It is desirable to have familiarity with CRM/database systems and knowledge of fundraising principles.
