ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of Barchester Healthcare's residents to enable Barchester Healthcare to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. You'll always respect the dignity and preferences of Barchester Healthcare's residents while helping to create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
ABOUT YOU: You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Barchester Healthcare're looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing individualised care. You’ll have ongoing training opportunities for career development, with many Senior Care Assistants progressing into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
