Sous Chef

Overview

Fulham Football Club is looking for a chef with a background in catering for professional sports teams to join Fulham Football Club's team in providing balanced and nutritional meals to Fulham Football Club's players at the training ground.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare meals for youth and women's teams working within the nutritional guidelines.
• Work with the head chef to create exciting seasonal menus.
• Order produce in the head chef's absence.
• Ensure the highest level of food safety and hygiene is maintained.
• Travel with teams in the UK and abroad when required, flexible to work around the teams' schedules.
• Support and lead junior members of the kitchen team.
• Cover first team senior sous chef role as required.
