What you’ll do:

• Field customer concerns and queries.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve any issues.
• Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception.
• Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems.
• Work a shift: 06:00am – 14:00pm or 10:00am – 18:00pm.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications.
• An excellent telephone manner.
• The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines.
• The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities – often at short notice.
