Senior Contracts Manager

Overview

FM Conway is currently seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to manage FM Conway's established Croydon contract. As a key point of contact for all operational contracts, you will oversee Term Maintenance operations such as:

• Footway paving
• Carriageway re-surfacing
• Public realm and traffic projects

This role involves:

• Developing project scopes and objectives with all relevant stakeholders
• Overseeing client queries and ensuring resolutions
• Providing up-to-date budget and programming information
• Managing contract teams to achieve high performance
• Drafting and reviewing contract documents with the Quantity Surveyor
• Ensuring compliance through team meetings and site visits
• Promoting business development with existing and potential clients

Skills and Experience Required

FM Conway is looking for a client-facing Senior Contracts Manager with experience in NEC contracts, solid experience in Term Maintenance and highways projects, a construction-related degree or NVQ level 4/5, and a CSCS card. A valid UK driving licence is also required due to travel between company locations.
