Job Responsibilities

You will be an essential part of Shepherd Neame's team, greeting customers warmly and ensuring exceptional service throughout their visit. Your duties may include:

  • Welcoming customers and taking their orders
  • Delivering food and beverages efficiently
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to meet customer expectations

Working Hours

You may be required to work during key dates including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, depending on Shepherd Neame's opening hours.
