Computer Aided Design (CAD) Support

What you'll be doing:

These services include, but are not limited to:

• Incident and request management for CAD services including end user CAD Toolset support
• Development, integration, testing, certification and deployment of new and updated CAD Toolsets
• Managing and reporting against security incidents (vulnerability remediation)
• Supporting licence renewal, purchasing, hosting and utilisation monitoring activities
• Transitioning services into a defined service model via Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR)
• Access Management (through "in app" configuration or Active Directory)
• Infrastructure Monitoring, Hardware evaluation, testing and monitoring
• Creating and maintaining stakeholder lists, and supporting communications exercises
• IT Governance to ensure that services in scope of the role follow set IT and Security policies

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Understanding of Engineering CAD Toolsets primarily Siemens NX, secondarily Dassault Systemès CATIA V5
• Wide ranging engineering background with understanding of the design community
• Awareness of the full through lifecycle of both hardware and software

Desirable:

• Knowledge of ITIL V4 terminology is desirable

There will be a 1 stage interview process for this role via MS Teams.
