Are you a driven and experienced Site Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects across the UK is currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join their new £68m industrial project in Tunbridge Wells.

About the Role

This large-scale industrial project features a substantial groundworks package with 500,000 Sqft of industrial space. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

Responsibilities:

• Setting out and surveying for the groundwork and structural elements.
• Monitoring and reporting on site progress, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
• Liaising with the project management team, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery and coordination.
• Implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Supporting the project manager in driving the project to successful completion within time and budget.

Requirements for the Site Engineer:

• Proven experience as a site engineer, ideally with industrial and deep earthworks.
• CSCS card and 1st Aid certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong understanding of groundworks, including setting out and surveying.
• Relevant engineering qualification.
