BS3 Community Development is searching for a new Senior Early Years Practitioner to help eTeach UK Limited's under 2’s friends grow, learn, and flourish in eTeach UK Limited's Southville Centre Nursery based in the Beauley room.

BS3 Community Development is an independent charity-run nursery working across two sites in Southville and Bedminster: The Southville Centre and The Chessel Centre. eTeach UK Limited's charity aims to improve the lives and well-being of people who live and work within the BS3 postcode.

eTeach UK Limited seek someone who enjoys the company of others, is happy to get messy, sing songs, dance, and laugh. You must be a practitioner qualified to Level 3 or above. eTeach UK Limited is looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children as they take their first steps into the world. You will be interested in their individual development, supportive of their needs, and excited to inspire awe and wonder into each day at nursery.
You will be passionate about providing eTeach UK Limited's nursery friends with a secure, warm, and caring environment. You will see the potential in all the children in eTeach UK Limited's care and work closely with eTeach UK Limited's team to create interesting opportunities for each child to develop and shine. eTeach UK Limited is looking for someone who can bring new concepts, ideas, and passion to their work, helping to support the Lead Practitioner in leading, developing, and motivating the team.
Whilst this is a full-time position, eTeach UK Limited is committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance for eTeach UK Limited's team and can be flexible for the right person. eTeach UK Limited support working parents, part-time students, and individuals with Carer’s responsibilities.

Position Details
- Hours: 40 hours over five days, permanent contract
- Rate of Pay: £26,695.68 per annum, £12.80 per hour
- Qualifications: Qualified to Level 3 and above
- Holiday: 31 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), with additional long service annual leave days (capped)
