The Role
Lancaster City Council is recruiting for a Spa Host to manage Tranquil Spa at Salt Ayre leisure centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join an enthusiastic and passionate team at the award-winning Tranquil Spa. The successful candidate will have a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing front of house management to the spa.
- Advising customers on treatments and products.
- Taking enquiries and bookings for treatments and spa days.
- Managing the performance of the spa team to achieve income targets.
- Overseeing the financial and statistical performance of the spa.
- Managing the diary system and maximising income opportunities.
This post is temporary to cover maternity leave from November 2024 to November 2025. The hours of work for this position are 37 per week, on a rota basis including evenings and weekends. This post is based at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.
